RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We love the products we made, and we think you will too! If, after 5-8 shaves, you find that you're unhappy for any reason, just let us know so that we can help you return your products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

STANDARD RETURNS

Follow process below within 30 days of receipt of your order.

·      Pack the item in original packaging

·      Labels and tags must be attached to garment

·      Product must be unworn/unwashed

·      Cover your address label with your prepaid return label

·      Keep your receipt safe, as you will need this as your proof of return.

·      All original tags must be attached

·      Received an incorrect or faulty item? We’re sorry to hear this! Please email us within 30 days of receiving your order at: info@love-grace.com so we can look into this for you.

·      Love+Grace reserves the right to reject returns outside of the 30 day window, or that do not meet these conditions.

GIFT RETURNS

• Received Love+Grace as a gift? Returns will be accepted and issued a merchandise credit code, redeemable on love-grace.com, valid for 6 months.

·      All original tags must be attached

EXCHANGES

Love+Grace does not offer exchanges at the moment. Please return your item to us for a credit, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed in approximately 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after we receive your return.

CANCELLATIONS

Once you receive an order confirmation number, we are no longer able to cancel an order mid-process. Please initiate a return through the returns process.
